Your Holiday Programme:

Monday
After leaving your chosen departure point around early morning, you'll take a lunchtime channel crossing to France and check into your Belgian hotel in Ostend late afternoon. You'll then have time to settle into your room before dinner.

 

Tuesday - Sluis
After a restful nights sleep at your hotel and a leisurely breakfast, the morning is free to explore this colourful Belgian resort. During the afternoon, you’ll have an included sightseeing visit to the pretty Dutch border town of Sluis. Here you can see a traditional clog maker at work, explore the canal-side stalls and cheese shops, then perhaps visit the town's largest working windmill. During the evening, you can explore Ostend’s lively pubs and sing-along bars.

 

Wednesday - Amsterdam
Today your included sightseeing excursion takes you to the Dutch capital of Amsterdam. Here you can see the historic old-town from the comfort of a glass-topped canal boat , visit the colourful flower market on the Rokin or go shopping on the famous Damrak - Amsterdam's bustling ‘Oxford Street’. 

 

Thursday
You can either spend today at leisure in Ostend, or join our optional sightseeing excursion to historic Bruges. This beautiful Flemish City has more miles of canalways than Venice and is famous for its preserved mediaeval buildings, fine traditional lace making and delicious Belgian chocolates.

 

Friday

After a leisurely breakfast, you'll leave Ostend for Calais and your channel crossing to England, arriving within your home area early the same evening.
